How to set reminders and cancellation rules

Choose the booking policies for your own practice.

  1. Open Practice settings → Booking

    Find Reminders & cancel rules below the online-booking and advance-notice controls.

  2. Review the policy

    Choose reminder timing and review cancellation notice, cancellation fees, and any overdue-balance restriction you want to apply.

  3. Save and check

    Save the settings and review the patient booking experience. These practice policies are your responsibility as a solo provider; clinics manage them centrally for their teams.
