How to use your practice Activity Log
Review actions and record access for your independent practice.
Open Practice settings → Activity Log
This view is available to solo providers. Clinic-affiliated clinicians do not have an Activity Log in their provider settings.
Filter and inspect events
Use the available date and activity filters to find the actor, time, and event details you need.
Use Reports for analysis
The Activity Log tracks actions and access. Use Reports for financial and appointment trends.
