How to manage a patient's care team
Review provider assignments and change the primary clinician.
Review the care team
Open Patients → the patient → Overview. Check the current care team before making changes.
Update the assignment
Use the care-team management control for team assignments. To change the primary provider, open Manage and use the primary-provider control.
Confirm continuity
Review the updated team and upcoming visits. Changing an assignment and rescheduling an appointment are separate tasks.
