How to use Copilot in the clinic portal

Ask about clinic workflows and review proposed changes before confirming them.

  1. Open Copilot

    Use the assistant launcher in the clinic portal. Ask a specific question, such as where to find a provider's hours or how to open the clinic schedule.

  2. Review the proposed action

    Check the patient, provider, date, and other details before confirming any proposed change. Copilot follows the permissions of your clinic role.

  3. Complete screen-only work on its page

    Use Payroll for pay rules, earnings, exports, and paid status; use Reports for report totals and exports; use Import for spreadsheet review and committing records.
