How to set provider pay rules

Choose the percentage basis, clinic default, and individual provider overrides.

Open Payroll → Pay rules
Choose the percentage basis: money collected minus refunds, or invoices sent.
Edit the clinic default
Set the applicable percentage, amount per completed session, amount per scheduled hour of completed sessions, or fixed amount per pay period. Pay types add together.
Set provider overrides
Add an individual rule where needed. An override replaces the entire clinic default for that provider. Choose the pay period when a rule change starts and save.
