How to use the clinic schedule

See the clinic's appointments together or focus on one provider.

  1. Open Schedule

    Select Day, Week, Month, or List. Use the date controls to move through time.

  2. Filter by provider

    Use the provider filter to focus on the clinicians you are coordinating. List displays the selected week grouped by day and follows that filter.

  3. Open an appointment

    Select a visit to review its details and available actions. Video and location-pin icons distinguish telehealth from in-person appointments; the treating provider joins video visits from their own portal.

  4. Export the view

    Use the download control for Excel or PDF. List exports the selected week. Review the dates and provider filter before downloading.
