How to use Copilot in your provider portal

Ask for help using the patient records and tools available to your account.

  1. Open the assistant

    Use the Copilot launcher and describe what you need, such as opening a patient's chart or finding an appointment.

  2. Review proposed changes

    Check the patient, date, and details before confirming a suggested change. Copilot uses your provider permissions and accessible caseload.

  3. Complete your clinical review

    Review any generated note draft on the chart and sign it yourself when ready. Uploads, sharing, and report exports are completed in their respective screens.
