How to manage Copilot and your AI usage
Find assistant visibility and usage in your personal settings.
Open Copilot settings
Use Preferences → Copilot as a clinic clinician or Practice settings → Copilot as a solo provider to show or hide the launcher.
Check AI usage
Open AI usage in the same settings area to review monthly usage. Clinic administrators manage team allowances. Solo providers can manage their own allowance.
