Review the visit's recording choice and any unsigned draft created afterward.
Review the recording choice
Follow the recording-consent controls shown for the visit. Availability depends on the practice's enabled features and the patient's consent.
Watch the recording status
Use the visible recording indicator and available stop control to understand and manage capture during the visit.
Review the draft afterward
If an ambient draft is produced, open it in the patient's Notes tab. Check and edit the content before signing it yourself.
