How to start a video visit
Open the appointment on your schedule and check your devices before joining.
Open the video appointment
Go to Schedule, select the telehealth appointment, and use its join action. Video visits must be enabled for the practice.
Check microphone and camera
Allow browser access to your devices and use the preview to choose the right microphone and camera.
Join and admit the patient
Enter the call, open the participants controls, and admit the patient when they are waiting and you are ready. Waiting patients are not connected to the live call until admitted.
