How to set clinic booking rules and reminders

Manage the practice's reminders and cancellation policy centrally.

  1. Review Booking

    Open Practice → Booking and find the reminder and cancellation controls.

  2. Set the clinic policy

    Review reminder timing, cancellation notice, fees, and any overdue-balance booking restriction shown. Save the settings.

  3. Check the patient experience

    Review the booking page and explain policy changes to the team. Providers can set their own booking availability and advance notice, but the clinic owns these practice policies.
