How to prepare clinic online booking
Set up booking at the clinic level and make sure providers are ready to receive requests.
Open Practice → Booking
Review the clinic's online booking settings and public booking link.
Check provider setup
In Staff, verify each provider's service assignments, locations, and saved hours. Providers also control whether they accept booking requests from their own Preferences → Booking.
Preview and share
Open the clinic booking page and check the available services, providers, times, and locations before sharing its link with patients.
