How to sign in
Open the clinic portal with your administrator or front-desk account.
Enter your email and password
Open CoCharts Mental Health and sign in with the email connected to your clinic staff account. If you were invited, accept the invitation using that same email first.
Continue to your clinic
CoCharts routes clinic administrators and front-desk staff to the clinic portal. A new clinic administrator may see the setup walkthrough before Home.
Recover access if needed
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to request a reset link. If an invitation is missing or expired, ask a clinic administrator to resend it from Staff.
