How to manage clinic payment setup and subscription

Connect the clinic's online payments and manage its CoCharts subscription.

  1. Open Practice → Billing

    Review invoicing preferences and the online-payment connection. Complete the payment-account setup shown when online payments are enabled.

  2. Verify readiness

    Return to Billing settings and check the connection status and any outstanding requirements before expecting patients to pay online.

  3. Manage the CoCharts plan

    Open Practice → Subscription to review the clinic's subscription and payment details. The clinic owns the payment connection and subscription for its affiliated providers.
